Mongrels, brings to you the 5^th EDITION of the CHENNAI DUATHLON.

This event is open to people of all levels of fitness and above 18 years of age. But you should have a basic level of running and cycling experience.

Classic – 10KM RUN + 40KM CYCLE + 5KM RUN

Sprint – 5KM RUN + 20KM CYCLE + 2.5KM RUN

CYCLES & HELMET ON RENT

ONE Cycle + Helmet: Rs300/-

There is a limited number of cycles available for rent. Book early if you need rental cycles.

**Special Instructions**

* Riding with Helmet is compulsory for the cyclist.

• Please do not litter the route. We will have dustbins on the Pit stops.
• Try and carry your own water bottle to reduce landfill.
• Participants will get Refreshments and Breakfast after finishing the Duathlon.

All the Participants are going to get Bib Nos, T-Shirts, Finisher Medals and Goodie bag.
