Welcomes to JBC’s Chennai Ride with Polygon Bikes 50 KMs Endurance Ride.

We are back with our next ride. Polygon Bikes powered by Just Buy Cycles organizing a cycling event “Chennai Ride with Polygon Bikes” on 29th December 2019 especially dedicated to Chennai Cycling enthusiasts!!!
Just Buy Cycles cycling groups is to promote cycling and reduce carbon footprints in our city and most importantly to inculcate the habit of cycling which is a good method of doing well to our environment as well as our health.

SAFETY IS OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE. PLEASE OBEY ALL ROAD RULES.

REGISTRATION:-

1. Complete this registration form with all required details
2. Online Registration closes on 20th December 2019 at 20.00 hrs.
3. Cancellations if any must be made before the close of online registration. Please send mail to jbcvelachery@justbuycycles.in from your registered e-mail ID.
4. Just Buy Cycles reserves the right to limit the number of participants in this event

Deliverables: –
Participants will get T-Shirts, Medal & Breakfast @ finish point.

We will have refreshment pit stop @ in front of MGM Entrance

Refreshments (like Water, Snack and Enerzal), First Aid kit will be available in the support vehicle.
Tools: Cycle Pump, puncture kit and mechanic will also be available at every pit stop & support vehicle.
Please bring spare tubes, puncture kits, cycle pump, and other necessary items with you to avoid waiting for the support vehicle.

SAFETY GUIDELINES:
1. SAFETY must be the single most important aspect of the ride observed by all riders. You are responsible for your own safety. Obey all traffic rules. The road is not closed for the event. You are deemed to be a regular road user.
2. Ensure that your bike is in a good and safe-to-ride condition.
3. Use of Helmet is mandatory at all times during the ride (No Helmet No Ride!)
4. Front lights, Rear lights, Reflective jackets are highly recommended for rides before 6:00 am and after 6:00 pm.

GENERAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Respect the rights of other road users.
2. Never ride aggressively or try to overtake among vehicles or other riders.
3. Allow plenty of room when passing pedestrians, cycles or other vehicles.
4. Signal your intentions when stopping, turning or passing using arm signals and voice commands such as “Stopping!”
5. Stay calm and focused on the road. Let others know if you see something unsafe, like a pothole or obstacle in the road, or sandy patch in the bike lane.
