I wanted to register for an event but it says “Registrations closed”. What do I do?

Oops ! Sorry but the registrations for this event are closed. However we have many similar events listed on our website which you may be interested in. Please take a look and register yourself for any of the other events for which registrations are still open!

The page is not loading due to some connectivity error/technical problem while using my desktop or mobile device

Please make sure your Mobile/PC/laptop is connected to a stable internet connection. Our platform is supported by Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet explorer 9+, Safari and more. Use any one of the above mentioned browsers and try again.

I was unable to take print out of my registration confirmation. What should I do?

No Worries ! You can show the confirmation email/SMS on your mobile phone.

How can I confirm whether my registration is complete?

Immediately after you complete your registration, a confirmation e-mail and SMS containing your order details is sent across to the contact details entered while registering.

My account has been debited twice, and I haven’t received the registration confirmation

No worries, If we have received the amount twice for a single registration refund will be initiated automatically before 2 or 3 days before the event for the registration amount.

In case if we haven’t received the amount twice, then the amount will be automatically credited to your account by the bank within 3-5 working days.

I could not complete my payment as I received an error message “Site cannot be reached”

Please use a stable internet connection while trying to register and try again or please try again after sometime.

The amount has been deducted from my account but I haven’t received a registration confirmation. What do I do?

No worries! If the transaction was successful, our system will release a ticket/registration confirmation to your email ID and additionally you will also receive a payment confirmation email from the payment gateway. If the transaction was unsuccessful, the amount will be on temporary hold in your bank and reversed by the payment gateway/bank in your account within 3-5 working days.

I received an error message “Oops it seems an error has occurred” followed by one of the below messages,Please enter valid Card details,Bank declined your transaction,Insufficient funds,Number is short or empty,CVV is too short or empty,Exp_month is too short or empty,Exp_year is too short or empty,Name on card is too short or empty

Please try again entering the correct details of the same card for all the required fields. If this still does not work, please try again with different card details or different mode of payment.

What are the modes of making a payment?

We have EBS and CC avenue payment gateways to make a payment online . Please use any one of the below-

  • Netbanking
  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • EBS Wallets – Mobikwik, Ola money, Jio Money, Oxigen wallet, PhonePe, Paycash, Ypaycash, icashcard.
  • CC avenue wallets– Paytm, Freecharge,Mobikwik, Jio Money, SBI Buddy, Aircel Money, ICash Card, Payzapp, Yes Bank, Ziggit By IDFC Bank.

How do I see events in my city?

As soon as you log in to our website you will be given an option to choose your city. Alternatively you can “Select City” next to the search bar

How do I search for an event?

To search for an event Please click on search on the top right corner of our website.

I entered some wrong details while signing up. How do I edit my details?

Please follow the below steps to edit your profile-

  • Sign in to your account
  • If you are already signed in, click on My Account
  • Go to profile Tab
  • Click the edit option

I don’t remember my password. How do I sign in?

Click the “Sign in/ Sign up” menu on the top right of Then click the “Forgot Password?” link on the sign in page. Enter your registered email ID in the next screen to get the password reset instructions through email. Follow the instructions in the email to reset the password

How do I sign in?

If you have already registered on, Click “Sign in/ Sign up” menu on the top right of the website and then use your Eventjini registered email ID password.

If you are a new customer, you can Sign up with us by following the below steps,

  • Click “Sign In/Signup” on the top right corner on website
  • Choose the “Create Login” option
  • Fill in the form and follow the instructions that follow after clicking the “Submit” button.

What is the purpose of Sign Up?

When you sign up with, a user profile will be created for you and you will be able to view your order history.

I gave wrong details during my event registration for any of the following fields and want to change it. Please help me change my registrant details.

Follow the below steps

  • Please sign in to your profile
  • Choose the transaction for which you want to modify your details
  • Click on the Help? Button
  • Choose the query type “Modify Registrant Details”
  • Submit.

I registered for an event/ purchased a ticket but cannot attend the event. Can I transfer my registration/ticket?

Registrations/tickets once completed/purchased cannot be cancelled, transferred. Please read the events terms and conditions before registering.

I accidentally registered for the wrong race category/ I purchased a ticket for the wrong show. Can I cancel or exchange my registration/ticket?
