Description

Finisher Magazine – Studio presents online classes by Deepa Hegde.
Deepa is a 500 hrs certified Yoga Teacher from the Sivananda Yoga Vidyapeetham in Kannur, Kerala. She is currently also pursuing a 300 hrs Ayurveda course under Dr. David Frawley. A resident of Dubai since last 13 years, Yoga has been a part of her life since 2014. She specializes in teaching in the Sivananda style as well as Traditional/ Classical Hatha Yoga.
The 2-day Yogic workout to focus on improving overall strength and flexibility while calming down the nervous system through focused breathing techniques and mindfulness.

Date & Time : Nov 20 & 21 6pm to 7pm

Day 1 – November 20
· Complete spinal workout through a series of postures to invigorate the nervous system.
· A set of gentle and deep stretches to release muscular tension and tightness from lower back and hips. (Particularly useful for runners and athletes.)

Day 2 – November 21
· A dynamic practice to engage core and stimulate gut muscles aiding better digestion.
· Specific movements to release energetic blockages from the joints.

How online streaming works?

1. This class will be streamed on ZOOM video meeting app.

2. Installing the ZOOM app is REQUIRED to get access to the show.

3. A ZOOM meeting link will be given after the purchase of the ticket. This link will be sent a few hours prior to the show on your registered email address. Please DO NOT SHARE THE LINK as the person registered will only be able to gain access in the room after verification.

4. The link will contain a Username & Password which is needed to enter the live room.

5. For Desktop/Laptop users: To download and install the Zoom Application: Go to (https://zoom.us/download) and from the Download Center, click on the Download button under "Zoom Client For Meetings". This application will automatically download when you start your first zoom Meeting.
