What is Spastic Cerebral Palsy

Spastic cerebral palsy is the most common type of cerebral palsy. The muscles of people with spastic cerebral palsy feel stiff and their movements may look stiff and jerky. Spasticity is a form of hypertonia, or increased muscle tone. This results in stiff muscles which can make movement difficult or even impossible.

About the event, this one again will not be an expensive event and categories this time would be 21km, 10km and 5km and 1.5km and the funds collected half would be for spreading awareness for the cause.

1km is more for Special Kids (Cerebral palsy, Autism, ADHD, differenly abled). There should be a seperate registration for those accompanying these kids to avail bib, tshirt, medals and breakfast

As earlier, we will give our runners an unique finisher medal and breakfast to all our participants. Our aim is to motivate people run for their health and fitness.

Location will be Malad West, will give u exact one in coming days

21km 10km & 5km will be timed bib & 1km will be non-timed

For 21km & 10km winners would be in following age categories

First 3 male & First 3 females

18 – 25

26 – 35

36 – 45

46 – 55

56 – 65

66 – 75

75+

For 5km it would be top 5 winners in male as well as female

There would be trophies for all winners for sure, we wont say on cash prize or goodies from sponsors as of now, but if it comes it might be a suprise
