Mayum Neon Mini Marathon 5k

RULES AND REGULATIONS
–>All the Participants are requested to complete and sign the registration form.
While every precaution will be taken by the organization to ensure the Participants’ safety,
it is understood that the Participants run at their own risk and the organisers shall not be
responsible or hold liable for any injury, disability or death during the participation on the
marathon
–>Participant should wear assigned BIB number throughout the race. BIB numbers are
strictly Non transferable.
–>The participant must retire from the race immediately if required to do so by any member
of the organisers, medical staff or the security personnel.
–>Pets, bicycle, rollers, skates are not allowed throughout the race. Only Authorised
organisers and medical vehicle is allowed
–>Registration Fee is not refundable nor transferable,.participant should be 15 and above
in age.
–>Runners with unauthorised pacers will be disqualified and both shall be taken off from the
run.
–>Organisers reserve the rights to use photos, motion pictures, media recording of the
marathon for any promotional or commercial purpose without giving money to any of the
participant.
–>Water stations and Medical team shall be available for the participants at every 1 KM from
the starting point.
–>The Organising committee shall be final in any circumstances.
Organisers shall not be responsible for the loss of belongings or valuables during the
event.
–>All participants are requested to be at the venue 1 hour prior for collecting the BIBS,
goodies and enjoy the warm up ZUMBA session organised by MAYUM, All the participant will get a Free tees and only finisher of 5k will get a Finisher medal.
