30 Day Ultra Running Challenge

Our 30-day Ultra Running Challenge will make you fall in love with running starting 15th November of this calendar. There are 3 main components in this challenge.

50KM Running Challenge - Bronze
- No age limit for this category.
- Runners enrolled for this category has to complete 50 kilometres of running in 30 days timeframe.
- Runners can run and track multiple times in a day.
- Runners has to use Strava or any running app to track their running activity.
- Runners using Strava can get subscribed to our event “Ultra Running Challenge 2017” in Strava to get tracked.
- Non Strava users or if the runners is not interested to join the event in Strava has to post the screenshot of their app(which captures the activity for the day) to our Facebook event page “Ultra Running Challenge 2017”
- Any post after 14th December 2017 to Facebook event page will not be considered.
- On completion runners will get an unique medal.


100KM Running Challenge - Silver
- No age limit for this category.
- Runners enrolled for this category has to complete 100 kilometres of running in 30 days timeframe.
- Runners can run and track multiple times in a day. But minimum 3 kilometres has to be completed. Example: If the runners runs 1.5KM @ 5AM, 3.2KM @ 11PM and 5KM @ 8PM, run at 5AM will not be considered since it was below 3KM.
- Male runner should take 10mins(max) per kilometre and female runners can take 15mins(max) per kilometre.
- Runners has to use Strava or any running app to track their running activity.
- Runners using Strava can get subscribed to our event “Ultra Running Challenge 2017” in Strava to get tracked.
- Non Strava users or if the runners is not interested to join the event in Strava has to post the screenshot of their app(which captures the activity for the day) to our Facebook event page “Ultra Running Challenge 2017”

200KM Running Challenge - Gold
- No age limit for this category.
- Runners enrolled for this category has to complete 200 kilometres of running in 30 days timeframe.
- Runners can run and track multiple times in a day. But minimum 3 kilometres has to be completed. Example: If the runners runs 1.5KM @ 5AM, 3.2KM @ 11PM and 5KM @ 8PM, run at 5AM will not be considered since it was below 3KM.
- Male runner should take 10mins(max) per kilometre and female runners can take 15mins(max) per kilometre.
