With a unique concept of RUN A MILE – CLEAN 100 Meters

It is said only a RUNNER knows the “other side” of the roads. Roads give us the surface where we beat our own might, discover inner peace and joy! So time to give back something to the roads. Plogging is a combination of jogging with picking up litter.

Let us all join hands for “Cleaner World” & “SWACCH BHARAT”. We runner will clean the roads we run on. And what better day to do this than the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi – A True Champion of non-violence & carried the message of cleanliness wherever he went.

Join 3rd Edition of Global Plogging Run on the 2nd of October 2020, organized to spread the message of clean environment, and a waste-free society all across the GLOBE.

OUR TARGET THAT RUNNERS COME TOGETHER TO CLEAN 1000 KM of ROADS ACROSS THE GLOBE

The steps are simple:

• Select A MILE TO RUN – RUN YOUR FASTEST MILE with the help of any APP – STRAVA preferred but also NIKE / ENDOMONDO / RUNTASTIC
• Select 100 METER OF ROAD TO CLEAN – Post running your fastest mile – go out and clean just 100 Meters, pick up the litter
• You will be given a link to Submit your timing of a mile
• A MILE = 1.61 KMs

ON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF RUN, RUN DATA TO BE SUBMITTED, ALL SUBMITTED & VERIFIED PARTICIPANTS WILL GET E-CERTIFICATES.
