Inner Wheel Club Of Dombivli East Presents Virtual Cyclothon  2020

An outdoor cycling event !

Participants can cycle  a  distance of : 5km / 11 km / 21 km.

About the Event

In this post Pandemic world, when life has become monotonous, to break the chains of boredom. Inner Wheel Club Of Dombivali East, brings to Mumbai, Thane, Dombivli & Kalyan Cycle Lovers, a Virtual Cyclothon ..! So mount a bicycle and pedal your way to a Virtual Cycling Competition.

Cycling is as much for the mind as for the body! You are just one ride away from a good mood –  this cycling competition is powered with positive vibes and unleashed thoughts!

All you need to do is Register for the Event, Cycle the chosen distance and Download the Strava App & join the Inner Wheel Club Dombivali East, created on Strava for this purpose.

How Does It Work?

  1. While registration you can select Cycle distance as per your choice.
  2. Once You Register for the event you get a confirmation email along with WhatsApp group link.
  3. Inner Wheel Club of Dombivali East, Virtual Cyclothon will be a one-day event starting on 8th November 2020, 6AM and ending on 8th November 2020 at 7 PM.
  4. Rider must record their Distance using a mobile phone with app-  Strava
  5. The Leader board will be updated on WhatsApp group and certificates will be issued to finishers.

Terms and Conditions:

The Registration Fee is Non-Refundable
It is an Outdoor Virtual Event and gym exercise cycles will not be allowed (You need to ensure that you are abiding by the social distancing norms).
After 7 PM no cycling activity will be acceptable.
In case of any dispute, the Final decision of the organisers shall prevail. Organizer and it's associates will not be liable for any untoward incident / health hazards or any issues of the participants and take no responsibility whatsoever of any participant throughout the event.
Personal Injury – Inner Wheel Club of Dombivali East accepts no responsibility for any injury incurred during the event nor any subsequent cost related to the injury.

Age Limit for Participating for Cyclothone : 07years and above. No Upper limit..

Prizes –

Get a Finisher E-Certificate on successful completion afterwards.
Trophy will be presented to the Top winner on the Leaderboard .
The Top First Winner From each category 5 km, 11 km and 21 km gets a prize.
Special prize for age group of 7yrs to 9 yrs.completing 5 Km in less time.
