Let’s set up the goal of speed this time.
For the very first time, POPRUNNERS are presenting a running event with a target of PACE (Speed) as a challenge. You would have participated in various events, where you would cross the finish line as per your best timing, but soon or later we all want to improve our running and we do keep strengthening ourselves to beat the last best performance. Now, this is the time when you can reward yourself and stand out of the crowd.
With SPEED RUN, we are introducing four challenging levels of run, which will have the uniqueness in it. In this run, with every level of challenge PACE* will get better.

Running at the pace of 7min in 21k requires a lot of practice for any Runner. With these challenges we encourage runners to improve running in all the aspects and get themselves ready for the better and faster running. This “Speed Run” challenge is a virtual race like no other – we train you, encourage you and celebrate you along the way to your finish line with this progressive pace.
Please always keep in mind while participating “It’s all about how much we push our limit”.
How do I participate?
Take on the challenge: you may take any Run category (5K | 10K | 21K) and complete all four challenging levels in a month.
Complete the challenge: This is a monthly event. You will have to complete all 4 challenges between first and the last day of the month and meet the timing criteria with each level to meet the finisher criteria.
Run anywhere, any time: Being a virtual event, you are free to run anywhere, anytime without being bounded by any restriction.
Submit your data: Submit your run data on the website or app, and see your progress.
Event Highlights:
Eligibility: Min. age 10years and max 65years
Leaderboard and Report: On every submission of Run data, you will get yourself check on leaderboard. We suggest to upload the data within 7days of the event to encourage better reports and analysis. You will get the comparison report of level wise, age group wise, gender wise, pace wise and city wise etc.. This will help you in improving yourself.
As there are 4 levels of challenges in the run, with each having different max time limit with respect to the RUN category. One has to complete all the challenge level in one month. A beautiful Finisher Medal after the finish line along with joy and happiness of achievement. As this is a monthly challenge, so Runner has to complete all the 4 levels challenge within one month only and upload the data.
